On any item that you order from us, if you are unsatisfied in any way, just return the item to us within five business days and we will refund the cost of your order excluding shipping.
Can I "cherry pick" out the best rough rocks and return the rest?
We do not allow picking through rough then returning partial orders. We do our best to make sure the photos we post are indicative of what you will get, no junk or weight will ever be added to any order like many rough dealers do. If you have any special requests, they can usually be met, just e-mail us at [email protected] thanks!
What does "Sterling Silver" mean?
Sterling means that the metal is 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metal, usually copper. This type of silver is usually stamped 925 to indicate that it is sterling.
